Marshall Goldsmith Keynote!

I am honored that my colleague and friend, Marshall Goldsmith, will be delivering an interactive video keynote segment on the future of Video and Coaching. 

Marshall Goldsmith is a world authority in helping successful leaders get even better by achieving positive, lasting change in behavior: for themselves, their people and their teams.

His most recent book, MOJO is a New York Times and Wall Street Journal top ten best-seller - and the Shanghai Daily #1 business book in China.  It is already scheduled to be translated into 14 languages.

In November 2009, Dr. Goldsmith was recognized as one of the fifteen most influential business thinkers in the world in the bi-annual study sponsored by The (London) Times and Forbes. The American Management Association named Marshall as one of 50 great thinkers and leaders who have influenced the field of management over the past 80 years.

Marshall has pioneered the use of coaching with senior leaders in organizations.  Elliott Masie and Marshall will conduct an exploration of ways in which coaching - including video based coaching - can be implemented and made scalable in global organizations.
